Fantastic city centre location,very well positioned for museums and galleries and just off main shopping street. Very comfortable with helpful and attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet.
Negative:
Plumbing in bathroom was noisy and could be heard from other rooms also. My wife would have liket to have had in-room facilities for making tea/coffee,but they were not available, they had to be ordered through room service.

An excellent location with the truly magnificent gulbenkian museum less than 10 minutes walk and the old town across the river around 20 minutes walk. There is good shopping, restaurants and tapas bars nearby plus close public transportaion options including a metro. The hotel is a mixture of the elegant old and modern (bathrooms). Valet parking available.

Comfy beds, 24 hour room service, beautiful big rooms with large bathrooms. Great location, staff freindly and knowledgeable,didn’t have the breakfast but, dinner was fantastic! Great business center, free Wi-Fi with good conncetion. Will book again!

If you drive, it is very difficult to get to the front of the hotel to check in – you have to drive up on the sidewalk, through pedestrians! There was no one there when I arrived to help negotiate this – it made for a frustrating arrival.

Very spacious room and bathroom, good location (walking distance to Guggenheim, old district, Belle artes and next to shopping district), nice view from top floors at the Moya place, acceptable price

I was asked to sign a document available only to Spanish and Basque. The excuse of the receptionist that it is required by the Municipality is not acceptable (they could have a side document explaining). The fact that this document was used for the protection of our personal details – so it was good for me – does not change fact that I had to sign something that I could not understand.

Everything was perfect. It was my second stay there. On arrival I lost my emerald and diamond bracelet and when I went to Reception the following morning it was there, much to my delight as it is a sentimental gift. The reception staff are most welcoming…just what one needs after a long and tiring journey. They are very helpful and well informed about Bilboa. The restaurant staff are efficient, courteous and more than helpful. The room was clean and towels were changed after the first night. However I do feel that although this is very nice for the guests perhaps for a weekend stay there is no need for this and it would be safer for the environment. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and would happily stay there again!
