This pansion would be good for young couple obsessed with surfing and night life. Beach is in 100m, City center 15 min walk.
Negative:
Threre is a squash court under the windows and it is used intensively in the evening and in the morning – sleeping not guaranteed even if you keep windows closed. Parking is problematic. No air conditioner. In general overpriced for 1 star (86 euro): reasonable price would be 35-40.

One road from the beach, a few minutes walking distance to the main promenade and body-boarding/surf spots. The most cost effective place in San Sebastian. Rooms were something one would expect to find in a 4 or 5 star hotel, even had facilities for the disabled and elderly. Had a great stay, pity it was only one night. The owner also speaks fluent English, which helped a great deal.
Negative:
In our room, the curtains didn’t offer much privacy and the outside streetlamp can shine into one’s room. Guests leaving their rooms during the night, sometimes slam their doors, which could wake one up.

Chambre familiale très spacieuse. Les propriétaires de la pension sont charmants et serviables. Située un peu à l’écart du vieux centre, la pension est très calme et à deux pas de la plage des surfeurs.
